New wholesale account application
Before you start the wholesale application, please note the following:
- Our minimum opening order is $300
- We currently do not offer net terms
- Our products shine best in the following types of stores: homeware, general stores or mercantile, gift, florist, lifestyle, art gallery and specialist. We do not stock market stalls or home-based businesses
- We will assess your store to ensure that it is complementary to the stores we currently supply and that it is the right fit for our brand. We have a preference for stores that stock brands that align with our own and are of similar vibe
- We like to protect our current customers and ensure that there is minimal cross over so that they can best sell our products. We will need to ensure your location does not clash with any of our current stockists
We will endeavour to respond to your application within 5 working days.
Wholesale and trade terms of sale
MINIMUM QUANTITIES
First wholesale orders must be $300.00 or over. No minimum spend for subsequent orders. Payment for first orders are due prior to the dispatch of goods.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Freight charges apply to all wholesale orders of Cosmic Cactus products. An order processing and handling fee of $20 per order applies. These are in addition to the quoted price. For online orders, freight and other order-related charged will be calculated at the time of invoicing. For international orders, you will receive a freight quote before your order is shipped. We do not profiteer from order handling and freight charges. All charges in regard to shipping, order processing and handling are intended to cover the cost of fulfilling and delivering your order. Cosmic Cactus continuously reviews the practises on how these costs can be kept to a minimum. We do our best to estimate shipping charges as accurate as possible when an exact cost is unavailable at the time of your order.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Return of faulty/broken items should occur within 5 days of receiving them. To report a broken item, please email the details of the damage and an image to howdy@cosmiccactus.co, and quote your invoice number. Non-delivery must be reported immediately.
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the final invoice has been generated. We do not accept return of unsold goods, change of mind.
ORDER DISPATCH
We try to ship your order out as soon as possible.
PRICES
We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced. The RRP for each product is listed on our main website (cosmiccactus.co) and on our price lists. Stockists are free to set your own pricing as you see fit, but we ask that the products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale. We kindly request that new collections are not sold below the RRP.
DISTRIBUTION
Cosmic Cactus products may not be distributed through any physical or online marketplaces, including eBay, Etsy etc. Selling Cosmic Cactus products on these marketplaces breaches our distribution policy and is not allowed under any circumstance.
PAYMENT TERMS
We currently do not offer net terms.
We accept VISA, MasterCard PayPal or bank transfer. Please state your invoice number as the payment reference when paying via bank transfer.
First time trade or wholesale order invoices must be paid in full prior to the dispatch of stock.
OVERDUE ACCOUNTS
All goods supplied remain the property of Cosmic Cactus until payment is made in full. If we have your credit card details on file, we reserve the right to automatically charge your card the overdue amount. Any accounts that are outstanding for over 60 days may be passed on to debt collection and any fees involved in recovering the debt is the responsibility of the stockist.
PRE-ORDERS
Estimated delivery dates are approximate and for guidance only. We try our best to get your order dispatched to you as soon as possible, but we are sometimes affected by delays outside our control. Pre-orders are considered final orders and cannot be cancelled once paid.
We reserve the right to cancel the production of the products in our range. If this occurs, the payment received for the cancelled product will be refunded in full to the stockist.
COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL MATERIAL
All Cosmic Cactus product images and product copy are subject to copyright and are the property of Cosmic Cactus. Approved Cosmic Cactus stockists are welcome to use any of the images on the Cosmic Cactus website for the purpose of promoting the product/s. High-res images are available for download via request.
Please contact us if you are unsure of image usage, and we can direct you to our brand guidelines.
PRODUCT MODIFICATION
Cosmic Cactus products can not be modified in any way for resale or distribution. If you are unsure about product usage, please contact our team to discuss further.
LIABILITY
Cosmic Cactus cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade.
AGREEMENT OF TERMS
By placing an order with Cosmic Cactus you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended, they will be effective immediately.
